With 12 years of experience in Telecommunication Engineering, Customer Service, and Finance, I've gained a deep understanding of customer and business needs. During this time, I've been involved in developing several software products from start to end, considering the needs of users and businesses.

I really enjoy solving problems and creating positive experiences that make people happy and satisfied. Over the years, I've developed these skills through empathy & collaborating with customers and experts in various industries.
Keeping loyal customers and improving businesses inspires me. Teamwork is a crucial part of achieving these goals.

I'm really interested in combining technology with design because these two can change the world around us. I enjoy researching ways to improve myself through UX/UI design thinking and knowledge in creative design.
This experience has helped me achieve our common goals and led me to the path of UX design, where I enjoy working on information architecture (IA) and interaction design.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and podcasts, , and growing flowers and plants. Traveling and exploring nature help me find new ideas and stay inspired.
